Attorney Stephen D. Silveri
Attorney Stephen D. Silveri primarily focuses his
efforts in the areas of Real Estate and Estate
Planning. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English
Literature, with a concentration in Professional
Writing and Technical Communication, from the
University of Massachusetts at Amherst. After making
his mark in the high-technology sector for several
years, he then pursued his Juris Doctor at Suffolk
University Law School where he was the recipient of
the coveted "Best Advocate Award" at the National
Tax Trial competition in St. Petersburg, Florida.
He is currently admitted to practice in both the Massachusetts and Federal
Court systems, serves as a legal advisor to
Sage Strategies, LLC,
was an ambassador to the
Neponset Valley
Chamber of Commerce, and is an active member of several
professional organizations including the Massachusetts
Real Estate Bar Association. He is a Certified Real Estate
Instructor, and a frequent speaker at Suffolk University Law
School, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar
Association and the Tri-County Board of Realtors where he
lectures about such topics as Real Estate Contracts, Closings,
Short Sales, Attorney Marketing, and Career Planning. In
2007, he was recognized as one of Boston's "brightest" lawyers
by the President of the Boston Bar Association when he was
selected to be a part of its prestigious Public Interest
Leadership Program (PILP). He has also been a guest on "Talking
About the Law" the WCRN 830 am Radio Show where he served as an
expert speaker about Massachusetts Real Estate Law and Short
Sales.
He has a long-standing commitment to the
community which is evident from his work as a
volunteer lecturer, a
project leader for a local volunteer organization
called
Boston Cares,
and his fundraising efforts in connection with seven
Boston Marathons.

Attorney Jacy L. Wilson

Attorney
Jacy L. Wilson primarily handles residential real estate and estate planning matters.
Prior to joining our office, Attorney Wilson was an
Associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney LLP
where she focused her practice in
the areas of construction law, products liability,
premises liability, and commercial litigation.
She is admitted to the bars of the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts and the United States District Court
for the District of Massachusetts. She is actively
involved in the Boston Bar Association and was selected to co-chair the New Lawyers Section for the
2007 – 2009 term. From 2004 – 2007, she served as
co-chair of the Social Events Committee for the New
Lawyers Section. She has also served as a member of the
BBA's Litigation Section, and more recently as a member
of the BBA's Strategic Planning Committee. In addition,
she is a member of the Frank J. Murray Inn of Court, Massachusetts Bar Association,
Women's Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and
Massachusetts Defense Lawyers' Association.
Attorney Wilson co-authored the Massachusetts chapter of the DRI publication, "Product Liability Cases and the Duty
to Warn: A 50 State Compendium." She has also lectured
on topics aimed at the development of newer lawyers for
the MDLA, Federal Bar Association, American Bar
Association, and Boston Bar Association.
She is a graduate of Boston College (B.A., cum
laude), Northeastern University (M.S.) and Northeastern
University School of Law (J.D.). After her first year
at NUSL, the faculty selected her to be a
Teaching Assistant for the first-year legal research and
writing course. In that position, she mentored
students and taught a weekly class. Prior to
graduation, she served as a law clerk to the
Honorable John C. Cratsley of the Massachusetts Superior
Court and interned with the Suffolk County District
Attorney's Office, United States Attorney's Office, and
the law firm of Davis, Malm & D'Agostine, P.C.
